"All other countries" include Nicaragua, Venezuela, Mexico, Guadeloupe, Peru, Colombia, Holland, Haiti, Gabon, Brazil, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Cyprus, Monaco, Costa Rica and Hong Kong. Each of these countries represent 1% or less of total cases.
